青海某地区海拔3000米,空气稀薄,风砂大,水质差,天气寒冷。冬季冰冻期长达五个月,最低温度-34℃。我部所用D80A-12及移山—80推土机的动力、油耗等项经济指标均达不到内地时的要求。有的施工100多小时便进大修厂。为此,我们做了如下改进。一、采用增压,调整供油量推土机中负荷施工作业时柴油机就浓烟滚滚,功率扭矩严重下降,油耗上升。这主要是空气中缺氧的缘故。该地区的大气压为540毫米汞柱高。
An area of 3,000 meters above sea level in Qinghai, the air is thin, wind and sand, water quality is poor, the weather is cold. The freezing period in winter is up to five months and the minimum temperature is -34°C. The economic indicators such as power and fuel consumption of the D80A-12 and Yishan-80 bulldozers used by our department have failed to meet the requirements of the Mainland. Some construction will enter the overhaul factory more than 100 hours. To this end, we made the following improvements. First, the use of pressurized, adjust the amount of oil bulldozer load construction operations when the diesel engine rolling smoke, power, severely reduced torque, fuel consumption rose. This is mainly due to the lack of oxygen in the air. The atmospheric pressure in the area is 540 mmHg.
