当前,随着我国市场经济的不断发展与完善,企业也逐步走向成熟和理性的道路,其中最突出表现就是企业依法在诚信纳税的基础上进行合理有效的税收筹划。文章首先简要概述当前我国企业税收筹划中存在的问题;其次探讨税收筹划在企业各环节中的运用;最后论述在进行企业税收筹划过程中应注意的相关事项,以期更好的做好我国企业的税收筹划工作,推动市场经济更好更快的发展。
At present, with the constant development and improvement of the market economy in our country, the enterprises are gradually moving towards a mature and rational path. The most prominent manifestation of this is that enterprises conduct tax planning in a reasonable and effective manner on the basis of tax credit in good faith. Firstly, the article briefly summarizes the current problems in the tax planning of Chinese enterprises; secondly discusses the application of tax planning in all aspects of the enterprise; finally discusses the related matters that should be noticed in the process of enterprise tax planning, in order to do a better job in our country’s enterprises Tax planning work to promote better and faster market economy development.
