砖混住宅建筑施工机具配套原则是研制与采用先进机械,简易机诫和改良工具相结合的多层次配套机具,满足其结构技术改革和施工工艺的要求,并具有技术上可靠、经济上合算、构造简单、小巧等特点。在主体工程机械化施工中可采用以塔吊式井架为主机,合理配备机具,形成两套施工机具方案。在装修工程机械化施工中可采用机械喷涂抹灰机组、楼地面机械施工配套机组以及饰面装修施工机具。技术经济效果显著:综合机械化程度提高60%,其中墙面抹灰机械化程度达80%,楼地面施工机械程度达82%。此外,可减少现场用工量:井架方案施工为8.54%;塔吊方案施工为11.82%。缩短施工周期:井架方案施工为15%;塔吊方案施工为17%。降低工程造价:每m~2 建筑为2.2元至2.49元。
