随着整个社会市场经济体系的迅速改变,随着我国城市化与信息化进程的逐年提高,我国各国有企业的思想政治教育工作的发展情况已经有了质的飞跃。与此同时,垦区基层保卫工作人员的思想政治教育工作作为国有企业的基层员工的政工工作,其重要性也在国有经济体系迅速发展过程中有了更进一步的彰显。总体上来看,我国现阶段的垦区基层保卫工作人员思想政治工作仍然或多或少地存在着一定的问题,如何不辱使命,使得区基层保卫工作人员的思想政治工作能够充分发挥“激励创新、凝聚人心”的基本职能,逐渐成为了相关企业所面临的棘手难题。
