党的十八大以来,我国反腐倡廉,惩治腐败工作进入了新的阶段,在“零容忍”的廉政风暴中,不少“老虎”频频曝光亮相,腐败“人士”相继落马,职工群众拍手称快。本文认为,重拳出击,打击腐败是反腐倡廉的重要举措,但源头治理则是反腐倡廉的重要基础,在企业内部加强民主管理、推进厂务公开是遏制企业滋生腐败的有效途径。厂务公开作为企业民主政治的一种实现形式,是企业充分发挥职工群众的监督作用、遏制内部腐败现象、推进领导班子建设
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has entered a new phase of fighting corruption and building a clean government and punishing corruption. In the clean storm of “zero tolerance”, many “tigers” have been exposed frequently and the “people” One after another, the workers clapped their hands. This paper argues that cracking down on corruption and fighting corruption are important measures in combating corruption and building a clean government. At the source governance, however, it is an important foundation for combating corruption and building a clean government. Strengthening the democratic management within the enterprise and promoting the openness of factory affairs are effective ways to curb the corruption of enterprises. The openness of factory affairs as a form of realization of corporate democratic politics means that enterprises should give full play to the supervisory role of the masses of workers and staff, curb internal corruption and promote the building of leading bodies
