淋巴细胞bcl-2蛋白表达增强能使其对常见的凋亡激发因素如电离辐射,糖皮质激素和多种细胞毒药物产生较强的抵抗性.研究表明bcl-2蛋白在T细胞生长发育、免疫记忆等方面都具有重要作用,其表达异常与SLE疾病的发生发展密切相关.本文应用流式细胞仪定量检测了不同病期SLE患者外周血T细胞bcl-2基因表达情况,旨在从分子水平上探讨SLE免疫功能紊乱的基因调控机制,为今后SLE治疗提供新线索和途径.
The enhanced expression of bcl-2 protein in lymphocytes can make it more resistant to common apoptosis-inducing factors such as ionizing radiation, glucocorticoids and various cytotoxic drugs.Studies show that bcl-2 protein is highly expressed in T cells, Immune memory and other aspects have an important role in the abnormal expression of SLE disease is closely related to the occurrence and development.In this paper, flow cytometry was used to quantify the different stages of SLE patients with peripheral blood T cell bcl-2 gene expression, designed from the molecular Level to investigate the gene regulation mechanism of SLE immune dysfunction and provide new clues and ways for future SLE treatment.
