思想政治工作是我党的优良传统,是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。而企业思想政治工作对企业发展大局,服务企业中心工作,培养企业员工的责任感、主人翁意识,化解各种矛盾,构建和谐企业等方面都有着重要作用。但是,在企业持续重组、竞争日益激烈的新形势下,思想政治工作还需要不断创新,积极探索新途径、新方法、只有这样它才会有生命力。因此,我认为,企业思想政治工作在新形势下应从以下几方面有所创新:一、观念要创新思想政治工作是一门科学,有其内在的规律性、相对的稳定性和广泛的适用性,是一项复杂的系统工程。就其职能而言,无非有灌输、转变、调节、激励等作用。这些都是思想政治工作行之有效的方法。但在现阶段,随着企业改革的不断深入,人们的思想认识、道德观念发生了深刻的变化,企业思想政治工作面临着许多新情况、
