通过Conform连续挤压法,探索研究了内螺纹铝管材的生产工艺。研究结果表明;挤压工艺参数的合理选择对内螺纹铝管材的挤压成型,内外表面质量及管材散热效率具有重要意义。
Conform continuous extrusion method was used to explore the production process of the internally threaded aluminum pipe. The results show that the reasonable choice of extrusion process parameters is significant for extrusion molding of aluminum pipe, internal and external surface quality and pipe cooling efficiency.
