文化因素渗透于所有技术创新活动中,决定着创新个性,直接关系到技术创新的成败。构建良好的技术创新文化环境,为技术创新活动提供了有力的支撑,对于我国企业创新能力的提高具有重大的现实意义。本文首先着眼于我国企业内部文化环境的建设,重点论述了企业创新文化建设和制度文化支撑两个方面,最后,对企业外部参与创新的社会部门应该为企业创新文化环境的构建提供哪些方面的支持进行了阐述。
