优化教育管理,即在民主、平等、和谐的学校管理中,管理者实施以人为本的教学思想。我通过多种途径引导教师参与教学,让教师主动提高自己的业务能力,遵守学校各项制度。优化教育管理目的是提高办学品位,打造学校名牌,促进学校教育教学质量的提升。那么,如何实施优化教育管理呢?一、精细化管理,实现服务和承诺的统一“教育就是服务,教育就是承诺”。服务和承诺的结合是学校领导与教职工情感交流的纽带,是学校与家庭沟通的桥梁。
Optimize education management, that is, in the democratic, equal and harmonious school management, managers implement people-oriented teaching ideas. I guide teachers through a variety of ways to participate in teaching, so that teachers take the initiative to improve their operational capacity, abide by the school system. The purpose of optimizing education management is to improve the quality of running a school, to create a brand name in school, and to promote the improvement of school education and teaching quality.
