在国家自然科学基金项目(项目编号:91339117,81130002)等的资助下,香港中文大学深圳研究院黄聿教授与天津医科大学朱毅教授的研究团队联合攻关,在动脉粥样硬化形成机制方面的研究取得突破性进展,相关研究成果以“Integrin-YAP/TAZ-JNK cascade mediates atheroprotective effect of unidirectional shear flow(整合素-YAP/TAZ-JNK级联反应调控单向剪切流的抗动脉粥样硬化作用研究)”为题于2016年12月7日在Nature在线发表,并配发了述评。该成果在预防和治疗血管炎症及动脉粥样硬化方面具有重大医学价值。
Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 91339117, 81130002), Prof. Huang Yu from the Shenzhen Research Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the research team from Professor Zhu Yi from Tianjin Medical University have jointly conducted research on the mechanism of atherosclerosis A breakthrough has been made in the research.
