为了解抗SS.A/Ro反应的异质性,用免疫印渍(IB)和未经变性处理的重组SS.A/Ro点杂交分析(DB)检测了159例对流免疫电泳(CIEP)抗SS.A/Ro阳性的血清。144例IB或DB阳性。抗52KD-SS.A/Ro阳性者共127例,其中抗变性者82例,抗未变性者121例,76例为两者相伴阳性。抗60KD-SS.A/Ro阳性者共93例,其中抗变性者37例,抗未变性者86例,30例为相伴阳性。51例血清仅含有抗52KD-SS.A/Ro抗体,17例仅含有抗60KD-SS.A/Ro抗体,76例两者均阳性。在159份血清中DB阳性者136例。证实了抗52KD和60KD-SS.A/Ro的变性状态和未变性状态有显著的异质性。DB可测定绝大多数抗SS.A/Ro阳性的血清。
In order to understand the heterogeneity of SS.A / Ro reaction, 159 cases of CIEP were detected by immunoblot (IB) and non-denatured recombinant SS.A / Ro dot blot analysis (DB) SS.A / Ro positive sera. 144 cases of IB or DB positive. Anti-52KD-SS.A / Ro-positive in a total of 127 cases, of which 82 cases of anti-degeneration, anti-underexified in 121 cases, 76 cases were both accompanied by positive. Serum only contained anti-52KD-SS.A / Ro antibody in 51 cases, anti-60KD-SS.A / Ro antibody in 17 cases, and positive in 76 cases. Among 159 serum samples, 136 were positive for DB. Confirmed the anti-52KD and 60KD-SS.A / Ro denatured and undenatured state has significant heterogeneity. DB can measure most anti-SS.A / Ro positive sera.
