目的:探讨银环蛇咬伤患者的急救方法和护理措施。方法:对该院2013年1月至2015年10月收治的42例银环蛇咬伤患者伤口给予彻底清创,迅速建立静脉通道注入抗银环蛇蛇毒血清,维持患者呼吸道通畅。结果:41例患者痊愈出院。结论:对银环蛇咬伤的患者及时彻底清创,尽早使用抗蛇毒血清,给予氧气吸入,保证呼吸道通畅,加强呼吸道管理,避免呼吸衰竭是抢救银环蛇咬伤成功的关键。
Objective: To investigate the first aid method and nursing measures of bingo snake bites. Methods: Thirty-two patients with bingo snake bites in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were completely debridement, and intravenous injection of anti-bingo snake venom serum was rapidly established to maintain the patient’s airway patency. Results: 41 patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion: The patients with bites of ring snake timely and completely debridement, the early use of anti-snake venom serum, give oxygen inhalation, to ensure airway patency, strengthen respiratory management, to avoid respiratory failure is the key to the successful rescue bail snake bites.
