目的:探讨影响老年患者护理安全的隐患,提出有效的防范措施,为老年患者提供安全舒适的护理服务。方法:对浙江省杭州市老年病医院收治的老年患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析日常护理工作中存在的安全隐患,采取有效的防范措施,完善护理安全管理制度,举行多样性“护理安全”主题活动。比较实施前后老年病房护理不安全事件发生率及护士对安全护理知识考试合格率。结果:老年患者的护理安全隐患包括住院环境因素、患者因素及护理人员因素。加强护理安全管理后,有效杜绝了安全隐患30项,护理差错发生率较往年同期下降了12.5%;护士有关护理安全知识考试合格率提高了23.43%。结论:为提高老年患者护理工作的安全性,护理管理者需树立风险意识,加强老年病房的安全管理,提高患者的安全。
Objective: To explore the hidden dangers that affect the safety of elderly patients and put forward effective preventive measures to provide elderly patients with safe and comfortable nursing services. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of elderly patients admitted to the Geriatric Hospital of Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province. The potential safety hazards in routine nursing were analyzed. Effective preventive measures were taken to improve the nursing safety management system and diversified “nursing safety ”Theme activities. Compare the incidence of nursing care unsafe events in elderly ward before and after the implementation and nurses’ knowledge pass rate of safety nursing. Results: The nursing safety risks of elderly patients include hospital environment factors, patient factors and nursing staff factors. After the nursing safety management was strengthened, 30 safety hazards were effectively eliminated, the incidence of nursing mistakes decreased by 12.5% over the same period of last year, and the passing rate of nurses on nursing safety knowledge examination increased by 23.43%. Conclusion: In order to improve the safety of elderly patients in nursing work, nursing managers need to establish risk awareness, strengthen the safety management of elderly wards and improve the safety of patients.
