在高职院校中普遍存在着一种创新的教育教学模式,即校企合作。这种新型的教育合作模式,能够有效地使学校培养出的人才得到充分的利用,又能够为企业输送高质量的人才,是企业实现科学发展的重要途径。基于此,从“校中厂”的角度出发,对如何促进校企合作,以达到资源共享、互利共赢进行研究和分析,从中得出相应结论,并对实现学校和企业的深度合作提出相关的建议。
In higher vocational colleges, there is an innovative teaching and learning model, that is, the cooperation between school and enterprise.
