患者女,31岁,住院号3939。因右上腹胀痛、畏寒发热10余天,1983年1月29日入院.查体:T 37.6℃,Bp 96/60mmHg,皮肤巩膜黄染,心肺(-),肝肋弓下4 cm,脾(-),右上腹可们及鸭蛋大的胆囊,压痛明显。入院后诊断:①慢性胆囊炎急性发作;②胆石症.先予中药大柴胡汤加减治疗。2月8日起,患者腹痛加剧,寒颤,高热,黄疸加深。即给予补液,庆大霉素24万～32万U/日,静脉点滴,连续13天,庆大霉素总量336万U(入院前曾在某医院注射
