Israel’s Rosen et al. Invented a biosensor electrode for the quantitative detection of lactate dehydrogenase-5 (LDH-5) in the human body. Pyruvate is produced by this enzyme in interaction with lactic acid and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) in the substrate and causes a decrease in NAD. Anti-LDH_5 antibody is immobilized on a corresponding glass
