顶岗实习是指学生在结束相关专业知识和技能的学习之后,到实际的工作企业进行岗位实习。通过大量的实践证明,这一举措能够有效帮助学生巩固和掌握所学的专业知识,帮助他们熟悉实际的工作环境和人际关系,为其毕业之后的就业奠定了良好的基础。因此,以培养高素质、高技能人才作为教学宗旨的高职学校,开始积极引进这一教学方式,希望能够通过实习和实训的机会让学生得到全面的发展。
Post internship refers to the students after the end of the relevant professional knowledge and skills of learning, to the actual work of enterprises for internships. Through a great deal of practice, this measure proves that this measure can effectively help students consolidate and acquire the learned expertise, and help them familiarize themselves with the actual working environment and interpersonal relationships, laying a good foundation for their employment after their graduation.
