采用接触反应法制备了原位TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料。进行了TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料的力学性能和润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能。试验结果表明 ,TiCp/ZA4 3复合材料有较好的常温和高温 ( 150~ 2 50℃ )力学性能 ,随着TiC颗粒含量的增加 ,复合材料的耐磨性能得以明显提高。
In-situ TiCp / ZA4 3 composites were prepared by the contact reaction method. The mechanical properties of TiCp / ZA4 3 composites and the friction and wear properties of the composites were studied. The experimental results show that TiCp / ZA4 3 composites have good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature (150 ~ 250 ℃), and the wear resistance of TiCp / ZA4 3 composites increases with the increase of TiC particles content.
