目的:观察冬虫夏草多糖脂质体(Ⅰ)和I+黄芪(Ⅱ)对小鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)感染的作用.方法:将不同浓度Ⅰ、Ⅱ和淫羊藿(Ⅲ)接种在鼠胚成纤维细胞(MEFC)上,观察毒性作用;将Ⅰ、Ⅱ与MCMV等量混匀后,接种MEFC培养瓶,观察Ⅰ、Ⅱ对MCMV的作用;预先igⅠ和Ⅱ15d后,接种MCMV.d_6取唾液腺标本接种MEFC,培养后观察Ⅰ、Ⅱ对唾液腺标本接种MEFC后的MCMV分离数目.结果:①除Ⅲ外,Ⅰ和Ⅱ对MEFC无毒性作用;②Ⅰ、Ⅱ与MCMV混匀后接种MEFC,未见明显抑制MCMV的作用;③小鼠感染15d前以Ⅰ或Ⅱ处理,能有效地降低小鼠唾液腺中的病毒分离率.结论:Ⅰ对小鼠感染MCMV有一定的抑制或消除作用,Ⅰ+Ⅱ则效果更佳.
Objective: To observe the effect of Cordyceps sinensis liposome (I) and I + jaundice (II) on cytomegalovirus (MCMV) infection in mice. Methods: Different concentrations of I, II and Epimedium (III) were inoculated into mouse embryos. The toxic effects were observed on the fibroblasts (MEFCs). After mixing equal amounts of I, II and MCMV, they were inoculated into MEFC flasks to observe the effects of I and II on MCMV; after igI and II15d, MCMV.d_6 were inoculated to take salivary gland specimens. After inoculation with MEFC, the numbers of MCMV isolated from salivary gland specimens inoculated with MEFC were observed after I was cultured. Results: 1 In addition to III, I and II had no toxic effect on MEFC; 2I, II and MCMV were mixed and inoculated with MEFC, but no obvious effect was observed. Inhibition of the role of MCMV; 3 mice infected 15 days before treatment with I or II, can effectively reduce the rate of virus isolation in mouse salivary glands. Conclusion: I mice have some inhibition or elimination of MCMV infection, I + II Better results.
