文章通过文献资料法、调查法以及数理统计法等,在分析运动动机的目标定向理论研究现状的基础上,选择运动中任务定向和自我定向量表,对体育选项课大学生动机特征进行调查分析,得出大学生在任务定向和自我定向上,男女大学生在任务定向和自我定向得分上没有显著差异,不同生源地的大学生在任务目标定向得分上没有显著差异,而在自我定向得分上有非常显著差异;不同体育成绩水平的大学生身体自我效能在任务定向维度上存在显著差异,优秀组与中等组差异不显著(p>0.05),但都显著高于较差组(p<0.05);在自我定向维度上差异不显著,但从均值来看,随着体育学业成绩下降,自我定向维度得分逐步下降。
