尿醛胶是人造板工业中用量最大的合成树脂胶剂。为了节约化工原料,降低成本,许多国家多在尿醛胶中加入大量面粉或豆粉作增量剂,其用量最多可达胶料的20%。我国也有部分人造板厂用豆粉作增量剂。但是根据我国的具体情况,要用大量而粉、豆粉等粮食来作增量剂,是不符合毛主席“广积粮”的伟大战略方针的。因此,有必要另外寻找一种适宜的材料来代替而粉、豆粉等作增量物质。
