目的探讨超声引导下经体腔自制半边管一步法置管引流术对术后盆腔囊性病变的诊断及治疗。方法本院自2008年3月至2013年6月,采用超声引导下自制半边管一步法置管引流术对60例术后囊性病变进行治疗。结果 60例患者均得到随访,时间7 d~12个月,平均约3个月。具有操作简单,创伤小,病人花费少,痛苦轻,并发症少,安全性强,避免了再次手术的痛苦,大大减轻了医患双方的精神压力,缓解了医患之间的矛盾。治疗效果总体评价,优39例,良16例,优良率为91.7%。结论超声引导下经体腔半边管一步法置管引流术对术后盆腔囊性病变的诊断及治疗有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative pelvic cystic lesions by ultrasound-guided one-step catheter ablation of semi-lateral tube through the body cavity. Methods From March 2008 to June 2013, 60 cases of postoperative cystic lesions were treated with one-step catheter ablation under the guidance of ultrasound. Results 60 patients were followed up for 7 days to 12 months with an average of about 3 months. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma, less patient expenditure, less pain, fewer complications, strong safety, avoiding the pain of re-operation, greatly reducing the mental pressure between doctors and patients, and alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients. Overall evaluation of the treatment effect, excellent in 39 cases, good in 16 cases, excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided one-step tube drainage through the half-canal of the body cavity has important value in the diagnosis and treatment of post-operative pelvic cystic lesions.
