Five mothers aged 27-36 years were enrolled and 1.5 mg of sodium fluoride aqueous solution was orally administered on the third morning after delivery (after 10 hours of fasting). Blood and human milk samples were collected simultaneously at 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes before and after serving. Determination of plasma fluoride content by sensitive electrode method, Determination of human milk fluorine content with a modified trace diffusion method. Results After oral administration of fluoride, the plasma fluorine content increased rapidly from about 10 ~ 15 ng / ml in pre-service to 70 ~ 86 ng / ml in 30 minutes post-administration; then slowly decreased until 50 minutes after 120 minutes ng / ml or so, while the fluorine content of human milk did not increase correspondingly, before and after serving fluoride always between 2 ~ 8 ng / ml. The survey collected plasma and human milk of test mothers for two hours after reaching fluoride, because in another survey showed that the content of human milk fluorine has been constant, it can rule out the transfer of fluorine delay
