目的:探讨经尿道绿激光气化术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者的治疗效果及近期并发症及复发率。方法:采用经尿道绿激光气化术治疗71例非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者,观察手术时间、手术并发症、手术后留置导尿时间、近期并发症及复发率。结果:全部患者手术成功。手术时间90±16.5min,术中出血50±15ml。术中未见并发症的发生。术后留置导尿2±0.5天,均未予膀胱冲洗。无尿路感染发生。全部患者随访12-84月,结果有3例复发,复发率4.22%。未见尿道狭窄、挛缩性膀胱等远期并发症的发生。结论:经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者安全可行、有效,并发症少,复发率低,但手术时间长。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of transurethral green laser vaporization in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and its recent complication and recurrence rate. Methods: Totally 71 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder tumor were treated with transurethral green laser vaporization. The operative time, operative complications, catheterization time after operation, recent complication and recurrence were observed. Results: All patients were successfully operated. Operation time 90 ± 16.5min, intraoperative bleeding 50 ± 15ml. No complications occurred during surgery. Postoperative catheterization 2 ± 0.5 days, no bladder irrigation. No urinary tract infection occurs. All patients were followed up from 12 to 84 months, the results of 3 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4.22%. No urethral stricture, contracture bladder and other long-term complications occurred. Conclusion: Transurethral vaporization of green laser is safe and effective for patients with non-myasthenic invasive bladder cancer. There are few complications and low recurrence rate, but the operation time is long.
