腹腔注射不同剂量吗啡(8,4,2,1mg/kg/day),观察各组大鼠在给药后不同时间内的活动性(locomotoractivity,LA)。连续给药8天,每天给药后95min内,每间隔15min,记录大鼠5min内在限定空间中所走格数。结果表明:随吗啡给药剂量或次数增加,LA呈升高趋势;使大鼠LA明显兴奋的适宜低剂量为4mg/kg/day,该剂量下每天给药后15-20minLA为峰值,而且此时段LA逐日升高,至第8日出现下降趋势。此结果在一定程度上动态地揭示了吗啡剂量、作用时间及其运动效应之间的相互关系。
Different doses of morphine (8, 4, 2, 1 mg / kg / day) were injected intraperitoneally to observe the locomotoractivity (LA) of rats in different time after administration. Continuous administration of 8 days, within 95min after daily administration, each interval of 15min, record the number of cells within the limited space 5min in rats. The results showed that LA increased with the dose or frequency of morphine administration; the suitable low dose of 4 mg / kg / day for obvious excitement of LA was peak at 15-20min after daily administration of this dose, LA period increased day by day, to the eighth day of the downward trend. To some extent, this result reveals the relationship between morphine dose, action time and motor effect.
