高炉生产的稳定对于整个钢铁企业生产流程来说至关重要,高炉炼铁生产的工序能耗和生产成本都占到了钢铁企业生产的70%以上。为了回答什么是高炉稳定的问题,通过数据统计计算、对比分析等研究方法,提出了一种判定高炉稳定的判据。对比分析了宝钢和首钢稳定性较好的高炉的焦比偏差,研究了高炉不同焦炭负荷和不同综合入炉品位条件下焦比递减额,探讨和揭示了高炉生产稳定水平的标准,提出了高炉生产稳定问题的技术观点。
The stability of blast furnace production is crucial for the entire steel production process. The energy consumption and production costs of the blast furnace ironmaking process account for more than 70% of the steel production. In order to answer the question of what is the stability of the blast furnace, a criterion for judging the stability of the blast furnace is proposed by means of statistical analysis of data, comparative analysis and other research methods. The coke ratio deviation of blast furnace with good stability between Baosteel and Shougang Group was comparatively analyzed.
