2001年5月以来,江西省高安市以《中华人民共和国国防教育法》颁布实施为契机,积极组织市、乡两级干部参加国防教育,取得了显著成效。 件件“小事”催人急 专武干部购买服装,研究研究;改造武装部资料室,年底考虑考虑;请领导为民兵授课,安排不过来……如此尴尬之事,2001年初,在高安市部分基层单位时有出现。原因何在?一位年轻的乡党委书记道出了原委:“经济建设抓不好会摘帽子、挪位子,民兵、预备役工作花钱、费时、耗力不合算,在抓好了经济工作后再抓改造资料室等事也不迟。”
