很多时候学生是先喜欢教这个学科的教师,后喜欢上这个学科的。如果学生都用笑容来迎接你走进课堂,你这堂课就已经成功了一半。师生之间的情感对整个教学工作的开展尤为关键。但罗马不是一天就建成的。当学生和教师都洋溢着笑容,当教学活动在一种愉悦的气氛中进行时,展现出来的教学效果就是最好的。光有愉悦的课堂还不够,因为作业是反映课堂教学的一种真实见证。为此,我在本期的作业布置上有了新的发现。一、作业分多个层次把真诚流露在教学实践中,一般把练习与作业分多个层次:基础性练习、提高性练习和创新性练习。比如配套练习基础部分全做,能力提高部分选做,这样对学生提出较高
