“三百六十行”开栏语新栏目“三百六十行”今天同读者见面了。很久以来,我们眼见着许多物质的非物质的文化遗产在我们眼前渐渐消失,很是心疼与焦虑。这些文化遗产,大多表现在技艺、小手艺、小工艺上。大的如戏曲、杂耍,小的如钉锅、剃头、戗菜刀。每一种工艺的诞生,都是在数百、数千年的生产、生活实践中逐渐形成的,但它的消失却是转瞬之间的事。近年来,我们儿时记忆中走街串巷叫卖的小货郎担子不见了,街道上的铁匠铺不见了,街边支摊的剃头挑子也了无踪影……许多短暂美好的记忆,正在令人惋惜地日渐消逝着。失去才知珍贵。新创办此小栏目,就是想通过千字文、一二张照片,重现往昔三百六十行,给子孙后代留下一些记忆的碎片。文风可庄可谐,记述可曲可直,只要描述出对象的形神、历史渊源即可,栏目恭候大家参与并赐佳作。编者
