泰宁是碳青霉烯类β-内酰胺类抗生素,具有极广的抗菌谱与很高的抗菌活性,并对β-内酰胺酶非常稳定。本研究以随机对照方法用泰宁肌肉注射剂0.5g,im bid或头孢曲松1.0g,im qd,疗程均为7-14d治疗呼吸道、泌尿道、腹腔及皮肤软组织感染30对,取得了满意的临床及细菌学疗效。两药临床总有效率分别为96.67与93.33%,细菌清除率为96.87与90.91%,不良反应发生率均为6.67%。泰宁组病人注射局部仅感轻微疼痛,头孢曲松组注射部位大多为轻度与中度疼痛。

Taining group patients with local injection only mild pain, ceftriaxone injection group mostly mild to moderate pain.
