在简要谈及中国汽车的各类行业标准之后,我们更希望读者朋友能够支持我们这样的一个倡议——确保中国汽车产品和服务的行业标准向“用户之声”看齐。也就是说,不论整个汽车行业在产品和服务中遵守何种标准,但最终的目的应该是以客户满意为目标。那种所谓“标准过高会伤及民族品牌利益”的论调貌似理性,但根本经不起推敲——何以中国的消费者要为那些赚取他们血汗钱的众多内资厂商的利润指标让步?
After briefly discussing the various industry standards for China’s automobiles, we also hope that readers and friends will support one such initiative of ours - to ensure that the industry standards for automotive products and services in China are aligned with the Voice of Users. In other words, no matter what standard the entire automotive industry complies with in its products and services, the ultimate goal should be customer satisfaction. The argument that the so-called “high standards hurt national brand interests” looks plausible, but it can not withstand scrutiny - why Chinese consumers should make concessions to the profit targets of many domestic firms that earn their hard-earned money ?
