对油藏微生物多样性的调查研究是应用微生物采油技术(MEOR)的基础,对定向调控油藏微生物的群落结构,形成有利的油藏生态环境具有重要的指导意义。随着分子生物学的快速发展,越来越多的技术被应用到油藏微生物多样性研究中来,本文对其中的一些研究方法及其在油田上的应用进行了简要的介绍。
The investigation and study of microbial diversity in reservoirs is the basis of application of microbial recovery technology (MEOR), which has important guiding significance for the directional regulation of the microbial community structure in oil reservoirs and the formation of favorable reservoir ecological environment. With the rapid development of molecular biology, more and more techniques have been applied to the study of microbial diversity in reservoirs. In this paper, some of the research methods and their applications in the field are briefly introduced.
