用AM/AMPS二元共聚物、有机铬交联剂及各种添加剂在高矿化度 (9.4× 10 5mg/L)油田注入水中配制成功耐温性好的胶态分散凝胶 ,供中原油田高温高盐油藏调驱用。通过一系列室内筛选实验 ,确定了成胶溶液的配方(以mg/L计 ) :共聚物 5 0 0 ;交联剂 90 ;延缓交联剂 2 0 0 ;两种稳定剂各 2 0 0 ;pH值 8。此配方成胶溶液在 90℃下成胶时间为 48小时 ,形成的胶态分散凝胶在 90℃长期高温老化过程中 ,90天内粘度基本不变 (2 40→ 2 35mPa·s) ,90天后粘度轻微下降 (12 0天时 2 0 5mPa·s,2 10天时 175mPa·s) ,显示了极好的耐温耐盐性

After 90 days Viscosity decreased slightly (205 hPa at 120 days and 175 mPa · s at 210 days), showing excellent temperature and salt tolerance
