日前,中央一位领导同志在全国组织工作座谈会上,谈到加强各级领导班子建设时,用较长时间论述加强对企业经营管理者的教育与管理问题。 这位领导同志谈到,在国有企业里,如果厂长(经理)对企业重大问题一个人说了就算,这连资本主义都不如,而是倒退到封建社会。这与我们社会主义制度是格格不入的。这个问题要很好地加以解决,否则,不光个人要犯错误以至犯法、犯罪,而且要给国家财产造成严重损失。
