国有企业财务中的监督与管理在国家企业的运营与发展中起着决定性的作用。而国有企业的财务管理者一直都是国家,可是由于财务监督体制一直以来也不够完善,使得一些“内部人员”钻了空子,资金流失浪费现象严重,国家的利益也因而遭到了损失。本文将会对完善国有企业财务管理监督体制建设及管理工作人员自我意识升华提出相应的意见与想法。
The supervision and management of state-owned enterprises in finance plays a decisive role in the operation and development of state-owned enterprises. However, the financial managers of state-owned enterprises have always been the state. However, the financial supervision system has not been perfect enough so that some of the “internal staffs” have taken a loophole. The phenomenon of capital wastage and waste has been so serious that the interests of the state have also suffered losses. This article will put forward corresponding opinions and ideas on how to perfect the financial management and supervision system of state-owned enterprises and to manage the self-awareness of staff.
