利用正交试验方法,研究了钼、硼、铜合金元素对高铬铸铁铸态力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:硼对铸态高铬铸铁力学性能有显著影响,而钼和铜对其性能影响不大。用铸态马氏体高铬铸铁制造的沥青混凝土搅拌机衬板耐磨性是低合金白口铸铁衬板的14倍以上。
The effects of molybdenum, boron and copper alloy elements on the mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron as-cast were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that boron has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of as-cast high chromium cast iron, while molybdenum and copper have little effect on their mechanical properties. Bituminous concrete mixer liner made of as-cast martensite high chromium cast iron is more than 14 times the wear resistance of low alloy white cast iron liner.
