现场监督公证是公证业务的一个重要组成部分,主要包括了招标投标、拍卖、有奖活动等几种公证事项。随着我国经济的快速发展,现场监督类公证业务也广泛开展,并且逐渐呈现出了发生频率高、涉及范围广、社会影响大、发展势头好的特点,但是也存在着一些问题。本文从现场监督公证的特点、存在的问题以及解决对策等方面进行了阐述。
On-site supervision and notarization is notarized business is an important part of, including the tender, auction, prize-winning activities and several other notarized matters. With the rapid economic development in our country, notary services such as on-site supervisory agencies have also been extensively carried out. Gradually, they have shown the characteristics of high frequency, wide range of coverage, great social impact and good momentum of development. However, there are still some problems. This article elaborates the characteristics of on-the-spot supervision and notarization, existing problems and countermeasures.
