采用水平连铸生产的FA6502铜合金管材内壁出现缩孔,而与其成分接近的SP1铜合金生产的管材质量却好很多。因此,针对这两种铜合金做了一系列对比实验,找出了产品出现质量问题的原因:由于FA6502铜合金中Mn、Fe两种合金元素的含量较高,铸件凝固过程中受糊状凝固影响较为严重,导致铜液的流动性变差,浇注时有些位置不能很好的填充,凝固时有些位置不能很好的得到补缩,造成内壁缩孔的缺陷。
