近年来.发展经济.“引进外资”成了热门话题.各种各样的“优惠”措施随防安全时,却引发了令人震惊的悲剧。 91年5月30日凌晨,广东东莞市石排镇兴业制衣厂(外商私营企业)发生火灾。该厂生产车间、仓库和120余名工人的宿舍都安排在一幢楼内,起火后工人无处逃生.烧死72人.重伤47人。 前车之鉴,却没有引起足够的重视。93年11月19日下午,深圳市龙岗区葵涌镇致丽玩具厂(系港商独资企业)火灾中.因该厂实行封闭式管理,用铁条将全部门窗封住,致使烧死81人,烧伤12人。
