城建历史档案是城建档案的重要组成部分。自八十年代以来,城建档案工作开始实行竣工档案保证金制度,它对各项在建工程档案完整、准确和及时进馆起到了保障作用。但如何搜集城建历史档案呢?作为市级城建档案馆必须也应该寻找有效途径把城建历史档案搜集进馆,这是城建档案工作人员义不容辞的责任和要求。依笔者管见,应该注意从以下几个方面来搜集。 一、要重视基层城建档案部门的收藏情况。由于历史原因,我国在八十年代以前几乎没有市级专业城建档案管理部门,再加上机构演变频繁,有些城建历史档案
