对杨木APMP制浆废液及化学制浆黑液的物化性能进行了分析,用热重分析仪对两种固形物以不同比例混合的样品进行了热解特性研究,进一步采用Coats-Redfern法描述了热解过程,计算了固形物的热解动力学参数。研究结果表明:混合固形物有机物热解主要区域的反应级数均为2,随着样品中化学制浆黑液固形物比例的增加,活化能逐渐降低,频率因子先微幅增加随后基本稳定;通过与化学制浆黑液混合,APMP废液在碱回收过程的燃烧性能可得到改善。
The physico-chemical properties of poplar APMP pulping waste liquor and chemical pulping black liquor were analyzed. The pyrolysis characteristics of the samples with different solid contents mixed by thermogravimetric analyzer were studied. The Coats-Redfern method The pyrolysis process is described and the pyrolysis kinetic parameters of the solid are calculated. The results showed that the reaction order of the main regions of the mixed solid organic matter pyrolysis were both 2. The activation energy decreased gradually with the increase of the proportion of solid black liquor in the sample. The frequency factor increased slightly and then basically stabilized. By mixing with black liquor from chemical pulping, the burning performance of APMP waste liquor during alkali recovery can be improved.
