患者男,61岁。因“左臀部间断性疼痛20余天”入院。体检:一般情况良好,耻骨联合上缘可扪及一包块,仅能触及边缘。肛诊触及黏膜外距肛缘2 cm一张力较高肿物,无触痛,可左右推动,上下活动度差。实验室检查无异常,多肿瘤芯片检查(-)。影像检查:彩超探及膀胱及耻骨联合间7.4 cm×5.5 cm实性包块,边界清楚,内部回声不均
