领班型人才培养的核心是使高等职业教育区别于传统的学科型教育和纯技能型教育,通过准确的定位规划高职酒店管理专业学生的职业生涯。构建领班型人才培养的高职酒店管理专业建设新模式,应进行领班型人才培养目标的定位,实施“一生一案”人才培养方案,建立菜单式课程和学分替代制度,开发“1+N”课程包,建设具备领班素养的教师队伍,创新高职酒店管理特色专业的建设思路。
The core of foreman training is to differentiate the higher vocational education from the traditional disciplinary education and pure skill education and to plan the professional career of higher vocational hotel management students through accurate positioning. To establish a new mode of professional hotel management specialty training for foreman-type talents, we should set the goal of foreman-type personnel training and implement the program of “lifetime case” and personnel training to establish a menu-based curriculum and credits alternative system to develop “1 + N ”course package to build a team of teachers with foreman-class qualities and innovate the construction ideas of hotel management specialty with higher vocational education.
