理工大学房山分校是京郊房山唯一的高等学府,现有在校生近1200名。这个学校建校十几年来,已有118名学生在这里迈进了党组织大门。他们中有的早已成为工作单位的领导者、管理者或业务骨干,有的已成为教育战线的优秀园丁。目前,在校生中写过入党申请书的达262名,近20名同学被列为重点培养对象。如何使发展学生党员工作既积极又扎实,保量更保质?这个学校党委把自己的做法概括为“两早三抓一坚持”。两早:早教育,早选苗。许多学生是一进校门就写入党申请书,但心态和表现却有所不同。有的同学发展较全面,有的则不然,工作不主动或学习成绩平平。也有一些同学对入党缺少正确认识,只想将来能谋个一官半职。针对这种情况,学校党团组织和
