在剖析大型国有企业人才状况的基础上,借鉴西方先进的人才资源管理经验,以人才资源可持续开发观点为指导,建立了大型国有企业人才资源可持续开发“6S”系统,即可持续人才观念开发、可持续人才引进、可持续人才培养、可持续人才使用、可持续人才激励、可持续人才文化运营;并结合企业改革发展实际,提出了人才资源可持续开发的应用策略。
On the basis of analyzing the situation of large state-owned enterprises, drawing on the advanced Western talent resource management experience and taking the sustainable development of human resources as guidance, the “6S” system of sustainable development of human resources in large state-owned enterprises has been established, namely, the concept of sustainable human resources Development, introduction of sustainable talents, training of sustainable talents, use of sustainable human resources, encouragement of sustainable talents and cultural management of sustainable human resources. Combined with the actual development of enterprise reform, this paper puts forward the application strategy of sustainable development of human resources.
