The First Congress of Chinese Society of Neurosciences was held in Shanghai from October 15 to 19, 1995. Academician Zhao Zhiqi is the chairman of the academic committee. Professor E.M.Shooter from the United States came to congratulate the American Academy of Neurology. At the same time the first academic conference held a total of more than 700 papers.
