一今年是波兰人民在波兰统一工人党和波兰人民共和国政府领导下建设社会主义的第十一年。十一年来,由於人民民主制度的胜利,土地改革的实现,工业和银行的国有化,三年计划和六年计划的顺利实施,特别是由於全国人民的忘我劳动和苏联的伟大无私的兄弟般的援助,波兰人民已把经济落后的、资产阶级和地主的波兰变成了一个社会主义工业化的波兰了。新的人民的波兰再也不是外国资本剥削的对象、帝国主义国家的原料来源地了。新的人民的波兰已经成了以苏联为首的强大的和平、民主、社会主义阵营的坚固的一环。新的人民的波兰始终不渝地奉行着和平和国际友好的政策,成为保卫世界和平,反对帝国主义侵略活动的强大力量了。波兰解放以后,波兰工人党(1948年改称统一工人党)立即确立了恢复国民经济,并首先恢复制造生产资料的重工业的任务。恢复时期的工作是极其艰巨困难的。
This year marks the eleventh year for the Polish people to build socialism under the leadership of the Polish Unification Workers’ Party and the government of the Polish People’s Government. For eleven years, thanks to the victory of the people’s democratic system, the land reform, the nationalization of industry and banks, the successful implementation of the three-year plan and the six-year plan, especially due to the selfless labor of the people throughout the country and the great selfless brotherhood of the Soviet Union The Polish people have turned Poland, an economically backward, bourgeois and landlord, into a socialist industrialized Poland. Poland, the new people, is no longer the object of exploitation by foreign capital, and the raw materials of the imperialist countries come from. After the liberation of Poland, the Polish Workers’ Party (renamed as the United Workers Party in 1948) immediately established the task of restoring the national economy and, above all, reinstating the heavy industry that produced the means of production. The work in the recovery period is extremely difficult and arduous.
