为了培养与社会需求相适应具有全面素质和综合职业能力的技术型、实用性、创造性旅游人才,旅游服务专业应有明确的培养目标,同时要有相应的专业素质要求,行之有效的专业课程设置。但是中职学生的基本素质却让人堪忧,让他们在短短三年,甚至只有两年的情况下掌握这么多课程实非易事。这个矛盾就让课程实施存在着难以解决的大问题。
