在推广应用温水快速催芽的过程中,笔者通过多年实践,采取整个过程只需烧1次热水的催芽办法,消毒方便,催出来的芽子粗壮整齐。其步骤如下: 1.冷水浸种。将精选出来的种子洗净后浸在冷水中,冷水需勤换。浸种时间长短虽有差别,但一般不超过3昼夜。种子下水后的第2天结合浸种换水搞好强氯精消毒,消毒后用清水洗净,再换洁净冷水继续浸种。
